Personal Data
Your personal data are processed:
A) without your express consent (Article 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:

Your personal data are processed (both paper and electronic and / or automated, through the use of a website hosted on the SERVICE PROVIDER infrastructure: OVH.it). The management and storage of personal data will take place on the Server indicated above (France) of the Owner and / or third-party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors. The Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
The Data Controller mazzonicasa.it will process personal data for the duration needed to fulfill the aforementioned purposes (in any case for no more than 10 years from the Service Termination) and for no more than 2 years from the data collection for the above mentioned services.
