By providing us with your Personal Data, you consent, agree and accept that we, as well as our respective representatives and/or agents may collect, use, disclose and share among ourselves your Personal Data as described in this Data Protection and Privacy Statement.

Personal Data

Your personal data are processed:

A) without your express consent (Article 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:

•     • manage and maintain the Site;
•     • process a contact request;
•     • fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority; Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities and to all the other subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of said purposes. •     • prevent or discover fraudulent activities or malicious activities harmful to the Site;
•     • exercise the rights of the owner, for example the right to exercise a right in court.

B) only subject to your specific express consent (articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and article 7 of the GDPR), for the following Other Purposes / Marketing Purposes: 

•     • e-mail, mail and / or text messages and / or telephone contacts, newsletters , commercial communications and / or advertising material on the services offered by mazzonicasa.it  and verifying your satisfaction over quality of services;

Please note that if you are already a customer, we may send you commercial communications relating to services and products similar to those you have already used subject to your disagreement (Article 130 paragraph 4 of the Privacy Code).

In this Data Protection and Privacy Statement, “Personal Data” refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data or from that data in combination with other information, to which we may have access.

Interact with third-party companies or other subjects (as an indication, web site provider, cloud provider, e-payment service provider, suppliers, hardware and software service engineers, shippers and carriers, credit institutes, professional offices, etc.) they perform outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as data controllers.
•     7. Are being informed of any changes to mazzonicasa.it , or our services, goods and/or products
•     8. Submit your Personal Data to us for any other reasons.

You should ensure that all Personal Data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure by you or a relevant third party to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the products and services you have requested.

How We Share Your Personal Data

In order to provide the above services to you, we may share your Personal Data with the following entities:

•     1. Other entities of mazzonicasa.it 
•     2. Third-party vendors and service providers (such as subcontractors, agents or network operators) who are employed to perform business, support, operational and/or administrative functions such as marketing, payment, fulfillment and delivery of orders;
•     3. Third parties with whom we conduct joint marketing and/or cross-promotions, including providing rewards or benefits;
•     4. Our professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers.

Some of the above entities may be located outside Italy. Where this is the case, your Personal Data may be transferred overseas from time to time. Such transfers will be carried out in accordance with relevant data protection laws.

Third parties are subject to confidentiality obligations and may only use your Personal Data to perform the necessary functions and not for other purposes.

We may also disclose personal data as permitted or required by law. 

Personal data management is ruled by art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more specifically: data collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

Your personal data are processed (both paper and electronic and / or automated, through the use of a website hosted on the SERVICE PROVIDER infrastructure: OVH.it). The management and storage of personal data will take place on the Server indicated above (France) of the Owner and / or third-party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors. The Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

The Data Controller mazzonicasa.it will process personal data for the duration needed to fulfill the aforementioned purposes (in any case for no more than 10 years from the Service Termination) and for no more than 2 years from the data collection for the above mentioned services.

Your Rights:

You have the rights that are set in art. 7 Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights to:

i:obtain information and communication about existing personal data- even as a guest user-  

ii. obtain the following additional information: a) origin of personal data; b) purposes and methods of  data processing; c)  obtain relevant information in case of data management through different medias; d) identification on data controller  owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;

iii. obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

iv. to object, as a whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the collection purposes b) to the processing of your personal data   for advertising or marketing  material or market research or commercial communications, through the use of automation systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and / or through traditional marketing methods by phone and / or mail. Minors

This Website and the Services of the Data Controller are not intended for minors under the age of 18 and the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information about minors. In the event that information on minors were unintentionally registered, the Data Controller will delete them in a timely manner, at the request of users.
