How to do it

Before sending the return, write an email to inform us at: customercare@mazzonicasa.it

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products without any penalty.

The shipping costs are paid by the customer who can choose the courier he prefers.

The goods must be returned intact, unwashed and unworn, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including label, price, packaging material and any documentation and accessory equipment) together with the attached tax documentation.

Once we have received the return and verified that the conditions of the goods have been respected, Mazzoni Casa will refund the refund within 14 days using the same payment method you chose during the purchase. p>

In the event of a defective product, you have up to 60 days to notify us.

Customized products cannot be returned.
