Goods may be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from received shipment date.
Returns procedure:
You may return the goods by following the online procedure by logging to your account and accessing to your
“Order History” at https://www.mazzonicasa.it/en/order-history
Once you have fulfilled your request mazzonicasa.it will reply by sending our authorization containing all instructions and guidelines to download and to complete the procedure accordingly. Documentation will be enclosed in your Return parcel.
Goods must be returned complete and in perfect conditions in its original packaging (together with label, price, packing material sales receipt and related documentation)
Shipping charges are payed by the Customer.
Once received the returned goods and once verified its conditions by Mazzoni Casa Retuns department will proceed to refund within 14 days by using the same payment method selected by Customer.
You can trace your Return procedure through page “ My Returned Goods” in your account section.
In the event of imperfect goods you have 60 days limit to communicate with us.
Customised goods are not returnable.
